HRD seminars are three days long with one Head and two Assistant Instructors. With a very low instructor/student ratio, teams receive exceptional personal attention. These seminars focus on individual training issues, making sure the dog has a solid foundation.
The components taught at our seminars are essential for a solid HRD dog:
- Committing To Source
- Reliable Indication
- Problem Solving
- Reading The Dog
- Scenarios For The Real World
Cris Goodhue has been using this method since 2004. It has proven to be a very successful technique in teaching the dog to work independently and to perform a passive indication consistently and reliably. Cris continues to refine this technique and is constantly making subtle changes, improving the method.
- Do you know how to train your dog to indicate without any cueing from the handler?
- Do you know how to make sure your dog doesn’t pass by a source?
- Would you like to have fun while you learn how to read your dog?
Wednesday, May 18, 2016 - Friday, May 20, 2016Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm
